The Agility Forum is a volunteer group which was originally formed back in 1962; it was formed by a small group of very active seniors to encourage other seniors in the San Francisco Bay Area to get out and do more exercise. For the first five years, the group was active only in the San Francisco Bay Area, but over the next five years it began to spread all across the state of California. And then finally, about ten years after that, it started spreading all across the country. Today the Agility Forum has active chapters in 103 cities in all 50 states, and it pursues programs designed to get more and more seniors more and more active. If you would like to become an active member of the Agility Forum, please fill out the Contact form on this website.
